Multi‑String Casing Head Assembly

The multi‑string casing head assembly is a critical integrated load‑bearing and sealing wellhead unit built to API 6A and NACE MR0175 standards. Different from two‑stage or three‑stage products limited to fixed casing quantities, it uses a single rugged forged body containing multiple 45° tapered hanger seats to suspend several casing strings at the same time. It supports slip‑type and mandrel‑thread hangers, threaded or flanged side outlets, and is fitted with bottom secondary casing seals and seal test ports. Precisely machined sealing surfaces and an all‑in‑one monoblock design remove the need for stacked spools and reduce potential leak points. Covering broad casing programmes and pressure ratings up to 25,000 psi, it ensures excellent compatibility with diverse onshore and offshore wellhead layouts and solves the flexibility and leakage drawbacks of conventional stacked multi‑spool wellheads.
