Single-Stage Casing Head

The single‑stage casing head is a fundamental load‑bearing and sealing component of wellhead systems, manufactured in full compliance with API 6A and NACE MR0175 standards. It adopts a straight‑seat hanger bore with a 45° tapered shoulder to deliver robust load‑carrying capacity and supports only one casing string. It can be connected to surface casing via welding, threaded or slip‑on joints and accepts slip‑type or mandrel‑thread casing hangers. Side outlets are available in threaded or flange connections, and a secondary casing seal mechanism together with a seal test port is fitted at the bottom. Supplied with a wide range of casing programs, end connections and pressure ratings up to 25,000 psi, this compact unit offers simple, reliable performance for basic onshore and offshore wellheads where multi‑string suspension is not required.
