Wd-Type Slip Casing Hanger

The WD‑type slip casing hanger is a heavy‑duty load‑bearing and sealing wellhead part built in accordance with API 6A and NACE MR0175 standards. Developed for surface casing connection with casing heads, it differs from self‑weight activated hangers. External applied force drives the slip inserts to firmly clamp the outer casing surface and establish a robust seal. It can sustain heavy casing weight and reliably hold working pressure up to 25,000 psi. Its precision‑finished slip faces and modular structure require no field machining and reduce assembly faults. It provides stable performance for onshore and offshore surface casing suspension, while conventional hangers lack dependable clamping security under heavy surface casing loads.
