The kill manifold is an indispensable well‑control assembly for wellhead systems, engineered to pump drilling fluid into the wellbore and stabilize oil and gas well pressure, fully compliant with API 16C and NACE MR0175 standards. Unlike single‑function piping assemblies, this integrated unit combines heavy‑duty forged pipe bodies, multi‑valve layouts and built‑in throttling channels for blowdown operation. It delivers fire prevention and fire suppression capabilities during blowout emergencies and reliably withstands working pressure up to 25,000 psi. Its precision‑machined sealing surfaces and modular construction support custom configurations based on field conditions, minimize on‑site assembly errors and guarantee compatibility with onshore and offshore well setups, while conventional kill manifold designs offer limited adaptability for complex well‑control scenarios.
