The Single Channel Universal Connection Fracturing Manifold is a critical high‑pressure delivery assembly designed for shale gas fracturing operations, built to deliver large flow rates under extreme service conditions and fully compliant with ASME BPVC Section V and API 6A standards. Unlike conventional rigid fracturing piping, this integrated manifold adopts a universal connection layout and monolithic forged valve body with standard double flanges, enabling simultaneous multi‑well fracturing with easy field hookup. It features uniform and complete grain microstructure in forged steel for guaranteed toughness and undergoes strict gamma‑ray radiographic inspection for extra‑thick‑wall pipelines, reliably handling working pressure up to 25,000 psi. Its robust heavy‑duty construction and flexible connection design eliminate complex on‑site fabrication, lower assembly risks, and adapt to diverse onshore fracturing layouts, while traditional fracturing manifolds suffer from poor installation flexibility and limited multi‑well operation capability.
