API 6A Lift Type Check Valve

The lift type check valve is an indispensable one‑way safety device widely used on high‑pressure kill manifolds and wellhead piping, designed and tested to API 6A and NACE MR0175 specifications. Distinct from swing‑type models that rely on a swinging disc, it employs a vertical lifting‑drop closure mechanism for rapid and tight shut‑off against reverse flow. Hard‑alloy overlay on the trim and seat sealing faces greatly improves resistance to abrasion, erosion and corrosive media. It is available across a wide pressure range up to 25,000 psi, various bore sizes, full PSL/PR grades and complete AA‑HH material classes with temperature class K～X. The compact, vibration‑resistant structure maintains dependable sealing performance under severe pulsating flow, making it a preferred choice for high‑pressure sour‑service onshore and offshore well systems where swing check valves may experience unstable operation.
