API 6A Swing Type Check Valve

The swing type check valve is a critical wellhead back‑flow prevention component for kill manifolds and pipeline systems, manufactured in full compliance with API 6A and NACE MR0175 standards. Unlike elevating‑style check valves with limited flow passage, this unit adopts a swing‑arm closure structure featuring a large unobstructed bore for low fluid resistance. Hard alloy overlay is applied on the sealing surfaces of the valve disc and seat to achieve superior wear, erosion and corrosion resistance under harsh downhole conditions. Its robust body construction supports high‑pressure service up to 25,000 psi and covers a complete selection of nominal bores, PSL grades, PR performance levels and AA‑HH material classes. With reliable unidirectional fluid control and stable swing‑arm operation, it delivers excellent adaptability for both onshore and offshore wellhead and manifold installations where traditional check valves suffer from high flow loss.
